Good article showing again how corporate America continues to abuse the individual farmer by using fancy lawyers and tedious language. I hope the organic farmers win their case and bring Monsanto down. Thank you for the link.

The corporate control over everything including our food has grown to a point where it is intolerable. We can’t even get a fair shake in the courts because most federal judges are appointed by politicians who are beholding to big money and campaign contributions. The Obama administration dropped the ball on this one, I was so disappointed. It is really hard to imagine how the organic farmers will beat Monsanto in a kangaroo court.

Thank you for sharing this. It is important info. Time as many people as possible grew their own food.
